    A guided return to movement, shaped by your body’s pace and personal comfort.

    This session is built for bodies that feel tight, overextended, or stuck in fight, flight, and/or freeze. It blends guided mobility, breath-led stretching, and deep pressure to encourage realignment and reconnection.

    We begin with a warm cup of herbal tea at intake — including your chosen studio scent and curated music selection — to help you slow down, settle into stillness, and reconnect with your body. Then, we move into assisted mobility and hands-on support. Each session may include a variety of tractions, compression, and tools like a heated scraper for sticky fascia or wooden instruments for trigger point release — all optional and guided by your body’s needs in the moment.

    You’re also invited to explore sensory-deepening add-ons — some complimentary, others available for purchase — to extend your time in the healing space while deepening your session. This can be selected during Step Two of booking, but can be changed with 24+ hrs advance notice.

    An invitation to return to your body — at your body’s pace, and on your own terms.

    This session begins like a deep inhale — the kind you take after realizing you’ve been holding it for a while. The kind your body allows when it feels safe enough to let go.

    It’s massage as presence: slow, steady, responsive care that meets your system where it is and asks nothing of it.

    Your pre-selected herbal tea will be waiting for you at intake — warm, grounding, and intentional. Your chosen aromatherapy is already filling the air and your preferred music selection is flowing softly in the background. The heated table is dressed in your selected fabric textures, rising gently to peak warmth. These sensory anchors serve as gentle reminders for your body to drop out of your head and settle into presence.

    What follows is intuitive, hands-on care. Deep when needed. Gentle when asked for. This is massage that listens to your body’s story and supports your return to yourself — not by fixing, but by witnessing.

Once your booking is complete with confirmation sent to your email, the full intake forms will also be sent via email shortly after. Please fill out this form 24+ hrs in advance to ensure your customizations can be accommodated. If your upcoming session is booked within less than 24 hrs, I will reach out asap if the add-on selection needs to be adjusted.

Tip-Free Experience

I've adopted a no-tipping policy for in-studio appointments. This means that the price you see for my services in-studio is the price you pay without any pressure for tipping. For you, it provides complete transparency and allows you to budget for your self care more easily. For me, it allows me to focus entirely on providing the highest quality care and ensures that I am adequately compensated for my expertise, service, and facilities. This way, we can both focus on what’s most important at Manifest Healing - your body’s wellness.

Cancellation Policy

I understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes you need to adjust your plans. However, as a solopreneur, my time is structured firmly, and I often begin preparing for your appointment well before your scheduled time and plan any following appointments the same way. To ensure consistency, I have the following cancellation policy:

  • Cancellations made with at least 24 hours' notice will receive a full refund.

  • Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will not be refunded the 25% holding fee.

  • Grace Period: There is a 15 minute grace period for any appointments running late. Due to the nature of a schedule-based service, I cannot guarantee that I will be able to make up the time at the end of the session. Please attempt to contact me as soon as possible if you will be running late.
